Okay, here is my problem. I have replaced everything on my Kiosk 2. Mt original eprom went bad so I have a new main board, print head, all cables etc. My issue is now when I turn on the printer the lights start up and appear to be normal but the printer never loads and performs its pre checks. I tried to use the adjustment program but it appears that I need to back up my old eprom to put it on the new one from a working epson printer but I can't since my eprom is bad. How do I get this thing going again??? Can someone please help me? I am going crazy with this thing and really need some help.

You can back the eprom from the printer and the replace it with the new one in a folder when the backup took place, then load the new one.

Contact your nearest distributor for the Eprom data. Failing that install your old mainboard and backup the file using the adjustment program.

Contact Karl Steele and send him both boards. He can flash your new board to work in the kiosk. Had him do an Epson 2200 board to replace my bad kiosk 2 board
