Help in making positive like this

anyone can help me or give me idea or teach me? hehe! on how to do a positive like this one? hmmm is it containing the Black Gray and White colors? i just want to make print of me and my girl image in our shirt. hehe!

Sir Metni i watched your Spot Color vid. and it was a good tutorial... it's easier now to separate colors. i wonder if it's the same process you do in separating colors with true image? i mean like your own picture (face) hehe! i hope you get it. Thanks! a Big Help!

simulated process, similar concept but using different tools and much more complex.

it gives you a basic understanding of how to do simulated process separations

there's also CMYK process printing, much easier to separate.

Here's a photo done in GIMP. Used a "softglow" filter then adjusted using "contrast." Anywhere close?
