Help identifying a transfer!

Hi everyone! I need help in identifying the type of transfer material this is being used. I see this being used everywhere. Please note this is NOT my picture.

Because of the personalization, it's probably not transfers. My guess is DTG.

could be jpss with a vinyl cutter and contour cut. or direct to garment.

I used 100% cotton shirts and heat transfers from Dharma Trading.
