help help forever transfer RIP

hello people
I recently purchased a oki 8432wt printer with RIP file and corel draw 2018. I can't open a saved file from corel draw to the forever transfer RIP file can somebody help me thanks

Have you read any of the documentation on the RIP software? A 30 second look on forever's website shows: Supported Files: EPS, PSD, PDF, TIFF, JPG, PNG
