HELP!! Half Tone Design for screen printing

Hey there guys not sure if this is the right thread but I have a question i need help trying to make one of my designs to halftone ready for print!
The place i used to go before used to do it for me, after i sent them the design
but my new place i have to do it my self
I was wondering if anyone has any tips or specific ways of doing it! Its a black and white design and i just need help learning to do it some steps or a video for the best quality, thank you!

There is a lot of helpful information posted on these forums. Just search a little for it, it's there. Otherwise, you can find some how to videos on Youtube.

Unless you've been instructed to provide your own film output to the specs that the printer requests, most shops will do the halftone for the best combination of detail and printability on their mix of equipment and expertise. They're the ones outputting the film. If the shop you've changed to tells you that you have to do it, maybe you need to keep looking for another shop.
