What's going on everybody! I am in Portland, OR and looking for a printer for my new line. I have tried a couple of places here in town and both have told me it will be tricky printing my stuff and they are trying to figure out how to approach it so, in the meantime I figured somebody here might be able to help me out.

Thank you,
Bob.

Hi Bob I am in Australia ,your art is awsome and very detailed ,which is why I recomend you look at the entry level DIRECT TO GARMENT printer DTG, from KORNIT it has just been released and prints on black T'S .If I lived in the USA that is where I would go .It would even be worth leaseing or borrowing for due to your detailed imges you need a digital DTG printer to acheive the right look. There are others around see forum on them but look at the best and newest first ,then work back to affordability. It is my dream machine but I had to buy a cheaper one from China and now regret it a bit.I hope to move up to better later.Hit the floor running go for hats best for your art,Good luck ,google KORNIT PRINTERS USA, wish I had one.You will not regret it screen prining is slowly going digital.Cheers Lorraine:)

just like anything in life, I suggest you make it as easy as possible for the printer.

You have to locate a printer that does all over printing.

You should provide print ready sep files to the printer to make it as easy as possible for them

-In my opinion, it isn't possible to print exactly like your mockup with a flat pattern printing accross the folded parts of the shirt

I dont think any DTG, at this time, is going to print all over and you can get the same print if not better by screen printing and it will last longer.
