Does anyone know if the Epson stylus pro 3880 can print on clear waterproof films in order to use them as my images to burn on screens? and why is the RIP feature needed when printing?

Is it worth getting the epson stylus pro 3880 over the epson stylus pro 4880?

Yes it can, I would prefer the 4880 because it handles rolls and the registration will be better.

what about the epson 3880 graphics arts edition? will that work the same about? the 4880 with the roll would be nice, but its a lil costly for me. does the epson 3880 work great for creating transparencies?
