Ok. I am feeling really dumb. I have had a creation kingcut plotter for 3 years now and recently decided that a desktop travel plotter would be a great addtition to our office. I have set it up and installed the software and at first wasnt getting anything to cut. Now that I am getting it to actually cut my images are cutting so small and it cuts so slow. I am trying to cut a 4*4" vinyl decal and it is coming out 1"by1" . I have adjusted the speed but it still seems really slow in comparison to the kingcut and I have looked everywhere to see why it would be cutting so small. The document is showing in inches the settings in inches so I know there is no millimeter to inches confusion.. PLEASE help before I loose my mind.
