Hi, just getting started with my new f2000 and have come across “Command Error - check print settings on RIP.”

I had Garment Creator 1.4 before and recently updated to 2.0.1 and now am getting this error and can’t print. I’m using a thumb drive and tried several different ones with same result.
I tried rebooting the printer with no luck.

Any suggestions?

Try connecting your computer directly to the printer with a usb or ethernet cable to print now. Give Epson support a call on Monday to go over what is happening with your thumb drives.

Thanks Harry. I tried connecting with a usb cable and a cat 6 lan cable but can’t get that to work either.

Ran the print job from the usb cable to the printer but same results. I also tried deleting Garment Creator and reinstalled it but no luck.

Usually a corrupt file. Open your artwork and save a new file and trash the old one. Hopefully that's all it is. Happens to me once in a while.

Got it fixed with Epson this morning. Had to update the firmware. I had the F2001 firmware installed and didn't work with it.
