I have this design sent to me by a customer and for the life of me,I can't get these lines thick enough to print.Is there anyone out there that can help me out?

Do you have this in an .ai file or are you printing this from the .jpeg? Your problem (if printing from the .jpeg) is the original image was very small and this art appears to be enlarged then put together. Hence the crisp lines on the text and the pixelated gym shoes. If you want this to be clean when printing, I would recommend recreating the image entirely.

I agree with Blackroot. I design in AI and that would be what I would have to do.

In photoshop, make a copy of the image (don't work on the original) select the lines, copy, make a new layer, paste and add a stroke merge the layers.
