Help! BLURRY Print on Purpose? See Photo
Hello all, I'm new to the forum currently in Los Angeles- I'm relatively experienced with multi screen printing on garments but I cannot for the life of me figure out how the picture below was achieved. ANY THOUGHTS WOULD BE GREATLY APPRECIATED!
