Hello,

I am using gildan ringspun t shirts. But when printing a black outline it is blurring. Printing on dark or black t shirts is fine. But only just started doing whites.
Have cleaned machine down 3 times . Made sure platern is at maximum height. And that the artwork is crisp.
Not sure if i should try another brand of t shirt that is not so thin?

Any ideas or help would be great. Thanks in advance

Are you printing single or multi pass? Can you post a pic of the print?

Its a single pass as on white. Will try to do a picture on thursday

Your ink levels may be to high and the color is running. Pics will help the most. Which kiosk? Brand of ink?

Hi,

Ink bottle only half full. I have a 1800 kiosk 3. And the inks are the ones yes supplied.
Will post a picture on thursday when back with printer.

In rip your ink levels may be to high and saturating the shirt to much to much to get crisp prints. Does your white ink puddle on pretreated shirts? Does your color ink puddle on top of white ink?

what do you mean by puddle?

Just that. Does it puddle up and not get into the shirt? Combo of too much pretreat/ ink saturating the garment. On lights it won't puddle but run and not look crisp.
