hmm i know what yoru talking about they use to be made by body glove along time ago there were called "hypercolor" tshirts i have not seen the shirts in 10 years
wow now i feel old i know a company that sells the paints the do it i use them for airbrushing you can check and see if you can break it down and turn it in to a ink ..hmm i might try i have a quart of it still here is the the company name Alsa corp google it.
