No real formula. You could do some research to see what others in your market are selling their t-shirts at to get an idea of what people are willing to pay and base your pricing off that.

What type of shirts are you selling. For a basic t-shirt, $7 - $10 is probably the norm. $10 is on the high side though.

4 times cost for retail, 2 times cost for wholesale are very rough but very common figures.
