Hello all,

I figured I have all this extra time to join this blog while watching this DTG machine print slow and screw up all these shirts. I think I was led to believe this process and these machines actually work well. I dont know if I have a lemon or what. I have been doing screenprinting for 15 years have two automatic presses and kinda have an idea how a tshirt should look. I have been pleasantly surprized at a few prints but the consistancy is not there and it takes way too long. What do all of you think? I have a Kiosk 2 from DTG bought from Pantograms. Hope to share valuble info on this $12,000 mistake. Thanks

Hi George welcome to the forums first of all
Have you called them about the problems you are having? we have a brother dtg and I love it, also have an anajet and hope to love it
Most people that get the dtgs are not trying to compete with screen printing but are wanting to be able to offer full color on short runs so the customers can have say 1 shirt with unlimited colors and it does work well. We have done some large runs on them such as photos
I would talk to the company you bought it from and see if they can help with any problems you might be having. The image is never going to look the same as screen printing though
