Hello all,
I have been following this forum for quite a few years now, and found it very helpful when making our first DTG purchase.
Our company Top Stitch Branding Solutions www.topstitch.co.nz is based in the beautiful region of Taranaki in New Zealand.
Primarily only doing embroidery when we purchased the business 4 years ago, the decision was made soon after to introduce other forms of printing, so the hunt was on for a suitable Direct to Garment Printer.
As I had very little computer or graphics experience, the Brother GT-541 was ultimately chosen. It has been remarkably easy to use, and trouble free.
We have now purchased the larger Brother GT381 which will arrive in the next week or so.
It is all very exciting, and I can not wait to get printing on black tees. (Up till now, dark coloured garments have been digitally printed and heat pressed.)
I dare say I will be asking a lot of questions on this forum regarding the new printer
Especially any information regarding pre treatment for 100% polyester quick dry tees.
I look forward to meeting other DTG owners.
