Orlando would probably be the most central, I agree.

just need to get a count of how many people really.. that will tell you your venue size need.

I work in the music industry as well and promote shows from time to time. You dont want to pay for more space you are using. Maybe a hotel to start...

What? What about the people in the Northeast and southeast?

Orlando is 2 hours away from me, tampa is like 5. Orlando would be 2-3 hours from you so it would be more centralized. Even for people coming from the Tallahassee area.
