Hello fellow T-Shirters!

Hello,

My name is Pierre. I live in Quebec, Canada.
I have been VERY seriously toying with the idea of making t-shirts for the last 2 weeks or so.
And so it begins...
I haved created a website, twitter account and email. Each day I am creating a "new something" which will help put me out there for when I start printing.
I have created several design thus far. I am still in limbo as to what I can and cannot do. This has been the hardest thing to figure - copyright and so...
I have come to this decision - it is better to do anything than just ponder. I am sure that a lot of my designs could get me the electtic chair but, I keep creating and in the end, will chose what is ok to sell and what isn't.

P.S. Must buy equipment from scratches - if some of you have comments, ideas, suggestions - PLEASE DO!

The hardest part for me was exposure. I tried to expose multiple times until I realized I needed to tape down my design. Designing is the best part. I bought my screen from www.anthemprintingsf.com btw...works great for me but expensive. :/

I must admit that I am not even at the point where exposure is a problem... I am still looking around for equipment, creating designs, opening accounts with Facebook, Twitter and etc... I wish I could say "I am not successful"...but I have to be better to be unsuccessful...lol... :)
Btw, does anyone know of this: Fancierstudio DG? It's a press. I have the link but I don't know if I'm allowed to post it...

Try to buy the best heat press you can afford ......it will pay off in the long run ;)

By my actual name (Pierre) and my understanding of English - you might guess I'm in Quebec, Canada and so, I'm quite fluent in both languages and...I want to go for both market.
But my biggest problem right now is wondering if it's possible that it will work for me.
I am thinking about it and right now I'm designing, designing and...designing. If I should invest and it did not work out - I can always sell back the equipment and get some of the money back...

Welcome! I'm new to the forum, not screen printing. Feel free to ask questions. As far as the business goes. I'm new to that aspect as well as im starting my own small shop. However, I hope you can figure things out and if you ever have problems I would say look for answers on this forum. Good Luck!!
