Hiya, my name is Laura and I am very new to tshirt printing. I've joined the forum as there seems to be lots of people on here who know what they are talking about whereas I don't have a clue! I'm hoping to be able to get some advice on transfer paper as I have had a shockingly bad experience with my first attempt. Can anyone offer any advice? It would be much appreciated :) thanks. Laura x

I'm just doing white tshirts at the moment. They are fruit of the loom 100% heavy cotton but I used cheap transfer paper. I have now ordered some JPSS transfer paper but I'm worried now! Do you think the JPSS will be ok? Thanks

I'm sure some others will reply as well, but JPSS is what I use and have had great results. What kind of ink are you using? And is this just a hobby or you going to sell shirts? If your selling you may want to invest in a printer with a Continuous Ink System.

Also when you set your print properties, you don't want to use photo options. I use plain paper options and make a few color adjustments.

Thanks for your help. I am just using a photo printer, I am really new to this so don't know much about it yet. I have been setting the printer to the transfer paper option, should I change this to plain A4? At the moment I am just testing the water to see if I can do it but if it's successful I,would like to sell tshirts. Where would I get a continuous ink printer and how much would I be looking at to get one? Thanks again.
