I am new here and in depserat need of design help for a Tee. Teespring is alright but with Braind Damage PTSD and Epilepsy my service dog could design the shirt better

You will not likely find "design" help free. You need to learn the soft ware to do your own designs. We can offer help on procedures and specific questions related to the business. But with such an open question on "design help", I am at a loss at what you want
