Hello Fellow T-Shirt People,

I decided a while ago to venture into the world of T-Shirt design as a hobby, throwing items up on the print-on-demand sites, and it prompted me to get a little more serious. The high prices and low margins make on-demand an idea destined for failure.

So I am now trying to learn more about designing for silk-screen printing, a very different process than on-demand design, as I am now learning. I'm also interested in small-batch printing to sell at farmers markets, flea markets, and even cons at some point, so I'll want to learn about choosing printers and shirt suppliers as well.

I look forward to getting familiar with the others who've gone down this road and perhaps even avoiding some pitfalls along the way.
