Heat transfer pealing

Hi everyone
I ma having a problem with heat transfers. After I press them on the shirt they start to peal off. Does not seem to embed into the fabric
applying to 100 % cotton Gildan shirts
My supplier says it is my temperature of my press. But I have verified my temp to be accurate.
So kind of confused. any advice would be great

What kind of HTV are you using?
What settings are you using?
