Heat transfer on work safety vest

I'm looking into getting my name put on the back of a safety vest. Not sure which route would be the best in terms of longevity. The letters on the back have to be a reflective material just like the reflective stripes. I have never done any sort of hear transfer or printing before. Just want to be recommended the best approach for this. I have also listed the exact vest I have below.
