I would suggest a high mesh count if you're going to have say washing instructions and I'd use plastisol ink. I don't know if you can make transfers out of water based ink or not.

I am new in printing. I want to know each and every details of making Heat Transfer Labels. Which Ink, Screen Mesh, and transfer powder should use in making these labels.
