I've got customers wanting 2 color names and numbers lately, outlined basically. This kinda cuts into our profit margin a bit considering we were using inexpensive plastisol numbers, but they do look better. Just really expensive.

My question is, for anyone who has a bit of experience with this, any tips for controlling shrinkage of the first layer?

Also, what do you charge for numbering jerseys, 2 color, using vinyl?

When I press the first color, which is to be the outline, it shrinks, then the second main color does not want to line up that well due to the shrinkage. I've been having to split the names and numbers and line up individually in some cases to get the best alignment. That's a pain!!

Thanks for the help
