Heat transfer foil

Hi....I am using the heat transfer foil sold by ProWorldInc. I have followed the instructions and played with time/temp/pressure settings. I can't get this foil to stick. When it does stick, it is not sticking well leaving design not fully foiled. Please Please Please help. I am beyond frustrated with what seems to be an easy process.:confused:
