Hey all

I am newcomer to this forum and has been surfing around here for a few days for some info, but some thing i couldnt find is a sheet with all the heat temp / times on, does that exist ?

What i mean is a list with all the temperatures, pressing times and pressures depending on product.

ex.

100% Polyester , 180 C. 30 sec , medium pressure
15% Polyester 85 wool , 190c , 60 sec, low pressure

Does a list like that exist ?

Looking forward to your replies :)

You would need to create your own.
We have an extensive list of time, temp, and pressure as well as notes/tips. But that is only going to help someone who is working in the EXACT same environment as us. We have 3 locations and each one has sheets with this info...but all 3 places have slightly different settings.

Every environment is slightly different and that is before you take into account all the other differences like:

Press manufacture
Press size
Ink brand
Paper brand
Shirt manufacture
Humidity level
Shop temp
Weather
Etc.

Someone who lives in Florida is going to need to prepress longer then someone who lives in Arizona since it is much dryer there. The print (the paper) will hold much more moisture in FL also, so that might need to be dried before pressing where as in AZ you would not need to do this most likely.
