Didn't know where i could post this on the heat press forum they all seem to talk about screen printing etc etc.

Once i've finished the printing. I go to cure the shirt then after its done, i pull off the baking paper and its ripped off the thicker bits of the white in the design.

It's never happened before so i don't know what's changed.

The heat press is on 170 degrees.

What are you printing? If it is a transfer then the temperature of 170F is much too cool. If it is 170C then you should increase it to 190C.

If could be one of the following areas:
- Too many layers or amount of white ink
- Too much pressure
- Not enough temperature to completely cure the ink

Try changing some of your settings / process and see if the same thing happens. Hope this help.
