Hi risa411 have you checked out the stahls hotronix auto clam, you can swap out the platens (if that's what you mean by attatchment)

heat press
I am trying to decide on a heat press. Although I think I prefer the clamshell style, I can not seem to find one that has the capability to add attachments later. I've been searching so hoping someone here can help. Thank you

Hotronix, Hix, and GeoKnight have presses with optional platens available.
I have the hotronix fusion 16x20 .You can change the platens as well and the it is a pull out and swing away press with digital read out for accurate temp and pressing etc. Just a thought to look into..
