Heat press timers ??

I have the chance to buy a heat press on Ebay from a company called Adkins in the UK, it is a good company. My question is do many people use the timer on the press. I ask this as this press does not have a timer and also is a maximum temp of 220C to low

Hi Robert. 220C equates to 428F which should be more than sufficient for most heat press applications.

Timers aren't essential on presses, but you do need something to calculate the time, so a wall clock with a second hand will do the job just as well.
