Just wondering if anyone knows of where to find custom pallets to load tshirts onto "quickly" for heat press applications. I am currently pressing custom vinyl designs onto t-shirts, sweatshirts, sleeves and more.

I am looking for any technique that will help me save cycle time to reduce set-up time to load shirts and other pieces of apparel.

If anyone can let me know about

a) custom pallets to use?
b) techniques that save time for set-up

I would appreciate it!

What type of heat press do you have?
I have a 16x20 Phoenix I bought from you guys. Do you have different pallets available? I sent you an email a while back, never heard from you but it was during all those shows so figured you were away.

Anyway, my question was do you have smaller pallets and if so do they align with the back of the press or the front? Sometimes I need a smaller pallet but if it aligns with the back of the heating element that doesn't help.

6x10, 8x10 & 7" round are standard platens available. Any size platen can be custom cut and they all are aligned in the bottom center of the press and go equal distances from front to back.
