Heat Press Size Tags?

Is there a company out there that I can send my logo and what sizes a need to have them do size labels for my shirts? I removed the tags and I have a plotter to cut out the vinyl but Id just rather pay a company that specializes in this. I want to just apply these with my heat press. Much easier for me. Any suggestions? Thanks.

Plenty!
Any heat transfer company will do it for you, and there are many options.
Printed HTV, plastisol transfers, and even inkjet transfers for dark garments will do.

Price is a different matter... you just have to shop around.
