My press which is about 2 years old from Seilki has been a problem for me.
A year ago the the fuse and box melted as per their techy bypassed fuse. A month ago the heat plate disconnected from the handle, I fixed that. Now the temprature display shows 999 HHH and beeps contiously. Sunie hasn't gotten back to me on this. Anybody have any ideas how I can fix this? Thanks

If the machine is still under warranty they should provide a fix for you. It sounds like you need a new temperature/timer block.

I did that, they asked me to send pictures, I did and its been a week, I just want to fix it or replace. Do you know where I could get a new control or an inexpensive replacement.

Sunie got back to me and said a need a new meter. when i replied what is that exactly they haven't given me a response, any ideas?

I forgot to mention that your budget will not provide for an upgrade to the next level of heat presses. As an example a Stahl's Maxx 15x15 is $795.

No I haven't replaced the part, while trying to fix it the wire to the plate broke off, the handle broke again. And from what past customers have told me about what happened tp garments I transfered the press never reached the proper temp. I guess I got a lemon and I don't/can't repair it. The great customer service from Sunie (NOT) is also a factor.
