I guarantee you bought the same press I bought from Amazon. It is advertised as a mophron 5-in-1 heat press but the instruction guide doesn't say that anywhere. In the manual it is listed as the T18 digital multi-function heat press. The instruction guide is written in poorly translated English and when you Google product reviews you will note most of the product reviews (on Amazon) are mislabeled. The ones that are correct and have information on them state the product has fuse issues and generally sucks. I hope you can get your money back.

i found them on ebay earlier

you really should see if you can get a refund

sorry to tell you, those things are just not made well

anything that is more than a one-in-one should be avoided

if you are handy/safe with a voltmeter start working forward from entrance and see if that tells you anything

you obviously have power, is your fuse kicked on (that little red button above the on/off switch)?

check all your connections and make sure the wires are securely fastened to the connectors,
and the connectors are tightly attached to the spades

that is really all you can do, troubleshoot what is within your capabilities and hope it is something simple

also make sure you are not running an extension cord on this machine,
my guess is it requires a full 15 amps

Geo Knight DC16 is an exception to that....works great.
We switch attachments all the time on them and never have a issue.
Granted...with attachments its a $2500 press....but you get what you pay for.

Amw,
you are right

i should have added that caveat,
there are some really good brands that have optional attachments that work really well
