As a last ditch effort to save my Business, i am having a friend come over to see if he can fix my broken heat press. He is a certified electrician and knows alot about this stuff... He is hoping i can find out what model my press is, or maybe even get a hold of a manual for it. Can someone on here ID this press, or know where i can get some info on it?

The press is blowing fuses before it hits the set temp of 180

It got bumped during shipping, there a dent in the upper section where the element sits. It gets to about 170 and pops the fuse.

We are hoping it's just something that came loose.

UPS will not take responsibility as it was not sent in org packing, and the seller is not responding to my emails about it.

Sorry, can't help on those issues. It's probably not certified by the Canadian Electrical Authority.
