Hi I was just wondering if anyone could help me out I am pressing on a 80% Cotton 20% Poly Hoodie with heat transfer paper using a heat press does anyone have a recommended heat and time for me?

What kind or brand of paper are you using ? The paper supplier should have recommended settings for applying the transfer

Just buy the appropriate transfers for the garment type and the supplier will have directions for application. Make sure you get 1 or 2 extra transfers and test on a junk hoodie, if you have, and then wash it a couple times to see the results.

I will recommend medium temperature, Just because of the Fabric composition. Because high temperature can change the shade of the fabric in heat transfer areas. After Heat transfer obviously, you need to relax for at least 24 hours, Either your paper can remove by washing.
