Heat press digitol xingyan setting temp time problem

Help, I can't use my new heat press, used bought from eBay. Problems setting temp and timer. Buttons OK enter arrows, temp goes up fine can't stop it and it seems to have 3 programs, p1 p2 and p3, first 2 for temp last one secs. I have googled for days, its a xingyan.
