Having trouble making heat transfers

So I have a 2 color design, red and white. I layed down the red first, flashed it, then layed down my white, flashed that, then layed down my final white underbase and applied the adhesive powder. It transfered fine onto the t-shirt using my heat press. But when I pressed it a second time just to see what would happen, some of the ink bled off. Do I just need to u my cure time?
