Yes, I know this is a t-shirt forum, but I'm sure there is some crossover with other products.

Quick rundown- My company as the same target market as companies like Vineyard Vines, Southern Proper, Souther Tide and the like. I am looking for a very specific kind of hat.

I placed an order through Port and Company for my first run of hats, and had them embroidered locally. Everything is perfect about the hats; the unconstructed, low profile style, the muted colors- everything.

Everything but the clasp on the back. The back clasp is a brass clasp which would look great if it didn't have "Port and Company" on it.

Does anyone know where I can find:

-Unconstructed hat
- low profile
- Clasp on the back without their company name?

I have tried a ton of sites to no avail.

Cheers.

Thanks in advance

I have used these before Adams Cool-Crown

ADAMS LP104 6-Panel Low-Profile True Color Twill Cap from ADAMS All - JiffyShirts.com

Has a brass clasp that has an emblem looks like the Eiffel Tower. Take a look, this a pretty nice hat.

thanks, guys.

Calhtech- it's a great looking hat, but I'm trying to get one that doesn't have the brand of hat on it. anywhere. that's the tough part
That's going to be tough unless 1) it's a company that sells 'blank' hats or 2) you buy them from china with no logo or even your own logo on it.

I have had 'my own brand' watches made specifically for me, from china before. Actually decent quality. Maybe you could outsource and have hats made for you as well but that would require detailed specifics of the hat being made.

I'll take a look around for ya as well and if I find anything close, I'll reply back here.

Good luck.

I hadn't discovered Otto caps before. It appears that they will have what i'm looking for. They have at least 4 that look like will fit the criteria.

I've submitted a request to open account.

I can tell this will be a solid sit; thanks again.

My problem with China is that I probably won't hit their minimum. I am starting this bad boy off the ground with $3,000 and organic growth. So far so good, but luxuries (lol:D) like China and cut and sew are in the future.

Cheers.

There are about "100" blank suppliers so you just have to keep looking....I have samples in house from ATT Headwear, Apollo Embroidery and KNP all with plain buckles....Or someone like TCB Corp can make them custom....
It's not so much without the logo. It's the logo-less clamp, the right colors, visor, and low profile. Finding all of these in one have been tough. I've had some great help from here already.

Thanks, bud!

Or get them custom from China or Vietnam with your own custom logo on the buckle.....I think the last one TCB Corp (Vietnam) did for me cost 60.00 for die for the buckle....
