I have a National Screen printing Equip hat press Model HM 2000. I bought it for super cheap which means no manual. I'm pretty good at trouble shooting however I can not for the life of me figure out the pressure and how to change it to the proper pressure. Its just a screw and some nuts on each side.

Anyone have any suggestions on what the pressure should be.. Should it be locking in place like my regular plate press? Also I dont have a normal hat foam block for the back... any suggestions on what i can use.. I have small infant size pillows for my flat press will that work?
