Has anybody had any experience using the Hat Champ for the DTG Viper using Rippro V6. I am having a hard time trying to set up the template and plattens. I have search all through the internet and have not been able to find out any reliable information for it. I even went through the Codesi website which is where i bought it from and nothing as far as the settings. Please help!!

I use RipPro V5, but basically, set up the media for it using a 16.25 x 20 platen. I started about 5 inched down and about 4.75 inches across and then printed a black clear box that is 6in wide and 2in tall. Then just walk the measurements in by printing on clear plastic laid over the top until it prints in the right spot. I included my media file zipped up. Just put this in the media folder for your rippro software.
