Has Anyone Used Quantum One Inks?

Has anyone got any experience using Quantum One inks from Wilflex. I have invested heavily in this range of PVC Free / Phthalate Free inks, but I'm having a real nightmare printing on dark shirts.
I just cannot get a smooth, flat finish. It always ends up feeling like sand paper. I have tried every bit of advice and technique I could find, but still no joy.
I would really love it if someone out there who has experience with this ink could help me. Thanks.
