What is the material. They can be anything from acrylic, poly or nylon. Some even cotton. You would have to be super careful with heat press. Those things are Thin..material wise regardless of the material. Don't know really. I would find out material and screen if possible.
Has anyone ever screen printed or heat pressed vinyl on graduation caps, if so was it difficult, and did it turn out?
I am being asked to either screen print or heat apply vinyl of a logo onto graduation caps. I am just curious if anyone has ever did this and if they have any tips on this, I wouldn't want to mess up on any of the caps.

Yeah, I have been looking into it and the material is really thin. I have been trying to think up a way to possibly screen print onto the caps considering the group wants the logo on top and that little button is on top of the cap, which may get in the way. If I can't think up a way I will just pass and let them know soon. Thanks for the input.
