Hey All,

I have been away for a year or so and am looking to start generating some shirt revenue again.

I have a problem with the JPSS transfers that I was hoping would be fixed by now. I always used to get the dreaded outline around the edges of the transfer for any part of the graphic that wasn't cut away.

I am looking for something that works with an inkjet printer with pigment ink and a heat press that doesn't need to be hand trimmed before applying. I have a lot of intricate designs and can't spend the time on cutting stuff. I also had a vinyl cutter before and it still didn't detail the transfers properly. I do all colors of shirts.

I am looking for a JPSS (or something alternate) that only transfers the active ink part and needs no trimming or is it time to go to a laser printer or something else? I wouldn't even mind going up to $2 a sheet if it does what I want.

I've always used ironall but I doubt there's much difference. You don't have to cut intricate details with light paper. You don't want to use an entire sheet unless the image fills most or all of it. Just cut the large blank areas away from the images. The paper border will disappear after washing. The only cutting issue you should have is when using dark transfers. That's when you use a cutter.
