I think the problem lies in your bobbin color,,,,

guys i am a sewer I do not do any commercial embroid,,
I hope someone speaks up, incase I am off here,,

I would think if your embroid topstich is all yellow,,
then your bobbie would be too as the stiches interlock,,,,,
Now I have no idea what color goes in a multi color design for the bobbin,,,,

I hope others can help out,,

Dan ann any ideas?

Most of us with multi needle machines use white or black bobbin thread for most projects. The one picture looks to me like the back side of the embroidery with the bobbin tension being off.

If you have the instruction book look up bobbin tension see if there is a picture in it and how to adjust your machine . If you do not have a picture let me know and I will scan one and send it to you.

There are a couple of things at play here.

Solution: loosen bobbin and/or tighten top thread.

This is an excellent example of why we do the "H" test. As we stitch both vertical and horizontal stitches (stitch direction).

Looking at the pic of the top of the embroidery, we can see that the horizontal satin is not as bad as the vertical. This will be improved with an increase in underlay (it looks like you just have centre run only), for this fabric, try adding an edgerun to the centre run or do a double zigzag. Re run test and see.

You could also increase density in the design and see if that improves coverage.

Looking at pic of back of embroidery we see that there is little (red) to no bobbin showing.
To fix this we need to either loosen bobbin and/or tighten top stitch.

Firstly, check bobbin tension, it looks to be fairly tight. I would loosen bobbin, undo screw by 1/4 turn and re-run, if you are familiar with the drop test then do that as well. The bobbin should not fall more than a couple of inches before stopping.

I would also do up the thread tensioner 1/2 turn and re run test.

Do the above in this order:
Re run test with adjusted H test.
Adjust bobbin, re run test.
If needed, adjust bobbin again.
Tighten top thread re run test. Redo as required till you have 1/3, 1/3, 1/3 or close to it.
Ideally, you are looking for not only the 1/3's, but also the bobbin/top thread has neat edge where they meet. Not jagged like it is in your pic (red)

If, when you say open, you are talking about the gap between vertical and horizontal strokes of the letter, that looks like a hooping issue.

See how you go with the above.
let us know what happens.
I have attached a 6 color H test for you to try.
It has edgerun and centre run underlay for open weave fabric (like the knit in your pic)

Thank to all, at this moment I'm tring the test, thank you

I make some changer
The real test is to look at the BACK SIDE of the embroidery. On a straight satin stitch line you should see 1/3 top thread, 1/3 bobbin, 1/3 top thread. If you see too much bobbin thread, tighten the tension on the bobbin case. If you see too little bobbin thread then loosen the tension on the bobbin case.

If someone has already said this, I apologize. I didn't read all the replies.

I want to say thank to all for your help.
I tried everthing, but still I been calling the happy voyager technician for my area but no luck, he answer my call, but he 's busy.
Add an extra layer of backing.
See what happens.
