hey guys,ive the option to buy a

HAPPY HCG-1508B-45TTC 2010

what does the B mean?...and is 11000a good price?

i saw it working...but im a noob...
however the tech was there in December 2018...so i guess the condition is ok...
any idea whether its a good shot or not?
