my hanes sublimation software installed just fine to my Acer AZ3101-U4062 WiFi 21.5 All in One Touch Screen PC,2.8 AMD ATAHLON II X2 PROCESSOR 240e DUAL CORE, UNMATCHED 8192MB (8GB) RAM DDR3, GIGANTIC 500GB,WINDOWS 7, WIRELESS KEYBOARD, 8x SuperMulti DVD±R/RW drive, but when i open it an choose my design shirt/apron/etc it force closes everytime im at a lost on this ive tried everything an it works just fine on my other computer which is an older model please held me????????????? has anyone else had this problem?

That software is pretty old, perhaps it's not compatible with Windows 7?

an here i thought i was doing a great thing by buying a new computer to hook the software up on i use heat transfers mostly for family fun shirts only sum for profit but its fun an i think im gona start up a small business but i want to get all my equitment rite b4 hand i have a heat press 13x19 printer an hanessublimation plus new computer bummer its not working on my computer

I am familiar with Hanes software and would not recommend if for commercial use. As I recall (it has been a few years since I tested it) it does not do anything that Corel Draw, Xara, Serif Draw Plus X5 or Illustrator can do...you can get templates from several places..I think Hanes has a 'mural maker' that is not found in most graphics programs. If you want the mural program, you can find it in Novelty Pro 8. It has been around for a while and I use it occasionally. You can get a free trial disk or just call to see if it works with Win 7 by going to Nova Chrome you can go to the home page for a telephone number. They are located in Calif. There may be dealers closer to you

not sure where you purchased it, but best blanks explains Hanes Sublimation Maker 5.0 that it only works with 32 bit Win 7.

• Hanes SublimationMaker is compatible with (32 bit only) Windows Operating systems including Windows 7, Vista, XP, ME & Windows 98.
• PC with 300MHz or higher processor clock speed recommended; 233 minimum required.
• 128 MB of RAM or higher recommended; 64 MB of RAM required.
• Available hard-disk space; 70 MB (if run from CD) - 530 MB (full installation).
• Minimum 16 bit color video & 800 x 600 Screen area.

get an old copy of photoshop elements on e-bay. very easy to make your own templates. we also use novelty pro for our murals and it is great/ good luck uncletee.
