I am making some transfers using JPSS and I select the cut and print option in Cut Studio. The software places the registration marks and a box. I go through the cutter setup and select 11x17 and fit my design in the cut studio cut area.
After printing I put the JPSS in the cutter and select piece and the cutter makes its measurements. These measurments come back with like 7.8 x 9"
I am waisting alot of material not being able to get something setup correctly.
Anyone had this issue? Im sure I am not doing something right.
