Got a call from a guy who wants bottle cap openers with his logo. Do they sell bottle cap openers that are sublimatable? I found 1 place but it looked like a dog tag with a d notched out of it...any clues don't want to have them pad printed...albie

yea im seeing that.... was thinking about buying some blanks and trying to poly paint them and try that... but in the end i dont think the customer wants to pay 5-7 each ... was looking maybe getting a pad printer but then its only 1 color.... idk....

And with pad printing you run into the problem of ink only being good for up to 12 hours after it's mixed. And then there is the problem with buying blanks. I finally gave up on my pad printer and got the logomall from asi so I could outsource all the stuff that I can't do here at home. Some of the pad printers are able to do I think 6 colors. Still not sublimation's ability to print the rainbow. Another problem with pad printing is that they all have big minimums. Some are 100 some are 250 or more.

Not sure if it would work or not, but maybe screen printing on a white base using CMYK? It was a thought.
