Help,
Just bought a graphtec ce5000-60 and am having a wee issue already.. This machine is second hand but in mint condition and hardly ever used....

When the blade goes down to make the first cut it doesnt start actually cutting until half way through the letter... As if the cutter is still moving into position or the blade is not fully down before the first cut is made....

Am i missing a setting somewhere as the blade looks quite high on the machine when it is not in use...

Oh and it also completely missed out a letter.... Y? Anyideas....

Check cut lines in artwork, check cutting pressure and try a new blade. If you still cannot solve the issue, Graphtec Uk have fantastic support, I believe the chaps name is Brian. Give them a call, I'm sure they will be more than happy to assist.
